A desert plateau in the Bradshaw Mountains, a mountain range with incredibly diverse terrain. Within a few hours of driving one will experience arid desert, scrub brush and saguaros, then manzanitas, and finally arrive to one of many peaks where Douglas firs will provide you shade.
The Bradshaw Mountains are a mountain range in the Sonoran Desert of central Arizona, named for brothers Isaac and William Bradshaw. Once thought to be rich in gold, copper and silver, the Bradshaw Mountains are now host to many historic ghost towns.
